Your privacy
What we ask you for, why we ask for it, and how to make us forget it.

Who is behind this
This site belongs to Dani Hoyo Padel Coach. If anything on this page worries you, write to danihoyopadelcoach@gmail.com and a person reads it.
What you give us
The contact form asks for your name, your email and whatever you want to tell us. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.
The newsletter asks for your email. We use it to send you the newsletter. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that actually works.
The applications for The Padel Method and Project Lombok collect what you type into them, which can include your level, your experience and your travel plans. We use it to work out whether the experience fits you and to organise it.
We never ask for card numbers or bank details on this site.
Where it ends up
Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps a copy of every form you send, so nothing is lost if something breaks further down the line.
Notion is our contact list. It holds your name, your email and a summary of what you sent us.
Kit holds the email lists, and only if you asked to be on one.
Resend sends the emails you receive from us.
Those are four companies we pay to do one job each. None of them sells your data, and neither do we.
Cookies, and the one thing that tracks you
Nothing is loaded before you answer the banner. If you say no, no Meta script is downloaded and none of their cookies is set. If you say yes, the Meta pixel tells us which pages worked and which did not.
Whatever you answered, you can change your mind from the Cookies button at the bottom of any page.
The site also keeps small notes inside your own browser, like the language you picked or the email you were halfway through typing, so you do not have to repeat yourself. Those never leave your device.
Google and YouTube
We run a private program called DHPC that uses the YouTube Data API to read and edit the videos of our own channel. It exists so that hundreds of descriptions can be kept in order without doing them one by one.
It only runs with permission from the Google account that owns the channel, and it touches that one channel. It never reads anyone else’s YouTube account.
That permission is stored on one computer and never inside this website. Whoever granted it can take it back at any time from the Google account permissions page.
DHPC’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
While there is a reason to: an open conversation, an experience being organised, a list you asked to be on. When the reason ends, so does the reason to keep you.
And you do not have to wait for that. Ask us at danihoyopadelcoach@gmail.com and we delete you.
What you can ask for
A copy of everything we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Write to danihoyopadelcoach@gmail.com. No form, no hoops, and we answer within a month.
If this changes
The date at the top changes with it. There is no small print anywhere else.
